It’s the day before Valentine’s Day in the United States. The country and pink, white and red. The florists are going out of their minds. Children across the nation are about to inhale tons of sweethearts candies, chocolates, and marshmallows. Well, so are the adults. And it’s all for what? To tell each other that we are loved. <shrug>
Aren’t we supposed to do that every day?! <scratches head>
Anywho, I love this holiday to pieces because I get to back unabashedly! However, this year, I’m thinking of doing DIY projects that are not baking-related. I want to try to include my 3-year-old daughter in the fun. Thinking of marshmallows on a stick, dunked in chocolate and rolled in whatever seems Valentine-y. 🙂 [http://cutediyprojects.com/food-and-drinks/25-valentines-day-treats-make-kids/]
Or, maybe doing something for my hubby on the craft-sy side. Sort of like something from here: http://cutediyprojects.com/diy/35-unique-diy-valentines-day-gifts-men/. The Love Potion Kit looks awesome.
But then, just thinking about it all is making me tired! LOL. Valentine’s is on a Tuesday, for goodness sakes! Kind of a bummer. Already went out on Saturday to a nice formal event. So, what’s left to do?
Dunno but I’ll figure it out. I’ll get in the spirit in a few hours (I hope).
